YOU CAN USE THEM IN-BETWEEN OR AT THE END OF YOUR WORKOUT. ABDOMINAL BRACING IS A MUST BEFORE PERFORMING BOTH EXERCISES. YOU CAN TRY 4 TO 6 REPETITIONS........IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE.

Im finding that last exercise you have just posted very difficult
you better believe it buddy. its the hardest exercise eveeeeerrrrrrr. Try it out with your patients!
